Governing Law
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the ResQFlow platform, including the website http://resqflow.com and associated mobile applications, shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
Regardless of the country from which the platform is accessed, all users agree that any legal claim, dispute, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India where the registered headquarters of ResQFlow operates.
Users accessing the platform from outside India expressly consent to the jurisdiction of Indian courts for the resolution of any disputes related to the platform.
Arbitration Clause
Arbitration and Dispute Resolution
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of the platform, including interpretation of these Terms, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good‑faith negotiation. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 of India.
The seat of arbitration shall be India and the language of arbitration shall be English.
The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding.
